Nice food, nice people, excellent ambience. During lunch time they have this great idea of “making your own salad” just PERFECT.

Make sure to make a reservation if you are willing to experience the most perfect place to have a romantic dinner with your soul mate. All the sittings are fantastic but they have ONLY 3 table’s ocean view sittings that are the most spectacular sittings on the island, well, not even the bliss could offer that (taking also into consideration that at the bliss, you could pay 10 times more than here).

Food as I mentioned before is fantastic and delicious. They do their best to make you feel good!

Ask for their kebab or salmon filled with shrimps! Also the steak with a mushrooms sauce! Excellent!

TOOK OUR BREATH AWAY with the Ambiance & Service!!!!

My girlfriends and I were on vacation in St Martin last week and we called this restaurant and spoke with Silvana, she was so helpful on the phone we went the next day to the restaurant and when we walked in the ambiance took our breath away we were in heaven..this bubbly friendly woman, Silvana was outstanding.. she welcomed us served delicious meals the 1/2 lobster is excellent...not to mention the melt in your mouth dessert!! We loved it so much we recommended it to everyone at the Westin Resort where we were staying....Thank you so much Silvana for an outstanding dining experience!!! The girls from New York :)

Most Beautiful Evening View of the Ocean on the Island and BEST SERVICE

We have been friends with Silvana for many years. We are thrilled that she is working at French Touch. We enjoyed seeing her that night. She is without a doubt, one of our FAVORITE people on St. Martin. We had a wonderful table right at the water's edge and enjoyed our meal, the ambiance, and the service! We love you, Silvana!

Excellent food, awesome ambiance

On our last night on the island we visited French Touch: wow, what a setting! Not only the beach-side setting, but also the ambiance, magnificent.

Combined with a service staff that was very pleasant, a wine list that was more than sufficient (with a special on the Pouilly Fuisse) and lovely food (abundant!), this was an excellent final night in the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean.
