A handsome upstairs establishment overlooking Marigot's picturesque harbour and Marina Fort-Louis, the intimate and romantic ambience with its subtle and elegant decor, ceiling fans, candlelit tables and balcony are evocative of a tropical version of Paris in the 1920's.
In 2004, La Vie En Rose celebrated its 25th anniversary. As one of St. Martin / St. Maarten's founding restaurants, it has since become a renowned island institute for exquisite French cuisine setting the standards for many of it's newer successors. Through hurricanes, new island developments, and perpetual change, La Vie En Rose has remained constant, retaining the superior qualities which have invariably named it "La Grande Dame".
