Bernard Rolin's Paris Bistro offers fine contemporary French dining in a lively brasserie atmosphere. The restaurant is located on the terrace level of Maho Plaza.
As you dine alfresco under the moonlit sky, the nightly carnival dance show unravels at our doorstep, to provide a colorful and festive Caribbean backdrop. Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday nights feature the romantic saxophone and clarinet melodies of none other than our renown virtuoso "Sax" Watts.
A long time favorite among guests of the Sonesta Maho and other surrounding resorts, Paris Bistro's cuisine has earned the acclaim of many for its freshness and a well-balanced menu. Let our experienced staff prepare you an exquisite dinner that is served with a joyful smile.

Nothing special
Expensive, old restaurant, well, it is nothing wrong by going into an old restaurant, but when you look at the prices… you wish you have gone to Pizza Pasta instead. Not very friendly, food was ok!.
