The flat surface of heated stones evenly cooks your meal to sizzling perfection, bringing out delicious natural aromas and taste. You decide when to begin enjoying your main course, once your meal has reached the optimal level of tenderness - and is "done" exactly to your liking.
The Stone is located on the Simpson Bay "Restaurant Row" next to Subway and across the street from Palapa Marina.
Chef Johann Roebert attended the Culinary Institute. He gained his culinary creativity through years of training, exposure to the world's top chefs, and finally by becoming a master chef and honing his skills on luxurious Mega Yachts.

THIS IS MUST DINE EXPERIENCE
My husband and I came here for our 2nd wedding anniversary on July 4, 2008. I wish I can remember the waitress's name, she was so pretty and personable, and spoke so eloquently. Anyhow, she was an excellent asset to the establishment. We started with Vegetarian Spring Rolls, which so fresh. and delicious, I had tuna steak, my husband had a seafood combo, tuna, tilapia, shrimp and scallops. And the presentation is so wonderful. Kudos to you and definitlely will see you next year

Great experience!
My daughter & I went to The Stone after hearing about it from an employee at the Flamingo Beach. Don't be detered by it's unassuming look - it's comfortable and the food is very good! The coupon for a free drink with dinner was a nice plus, too. We shared a cheese fondue appetizer which was more than enough for 2 and then an excellent filet. We're arriving in SXM this Saturday for another 2 weeks and The Stone is on the top of our list to visit first!
