Tides restaurant at Mary's Boon Beach Plantation Hotel offers seaside dining in a romantic atmosphere.
Breakfast and lunch are served daily from 7am until 3pm. Dinner is offered from Monday through Saturday. Our truly Caribbean dinner menu varies each day and is prepared according to the number of guests booked. Reservations are a must. Complete dinners include starter, main course, 3 vegetables, dessert and coffee.
We serve dinner in the traditional way, with second servings available on most evenings. Seating is at 7.30pm. Our wine list is extensive; we also have a traditional Honor bar that is always open for you to serve yourself while enjoying the magnificent views of the Caribbean sea.

Daily changing three-course dinner menu includes Chicken Cordon Bleu or Shrimp Creole (Mon), Veal Dijonnaise (Tue), Shrimp Provençal (Wed), Roast Duck (Thu), Lobster Creole (Fri), Beef Tenderloin (Sat). Grilled Chicken or Grilled Red Snapper may be substituted for the main course any night with advance notice.
Sunday: Champagne Brunch with live music. Free wi-fi, beach chairs and umbrellas.
